“To teach in a manner that respects and cares for the souls of our students is essential if we are to provide the necessary conditions where learning can most deeply and intimately begin.”

As a Montessori education practitioner, the majority of my lessons in Mathematics, Geography, Science, Geometry, and History are cultivated from the subject area albums from my Montessori training. These lesson plans provide the entry points for and initial presentations of key learning concepts. As students demonstrate mastery of those concepts, I have created extension lessons that are designed to deepen student understanding and increase engagement in real world problem-solving.
